The starter first impressions p14
It is very important we make our customers feel special. The
first impression we make sells us. We need to make our customer
feel positive and reassured when they contact us.
Our initial greeting must make the customer feel appreciated and
welcome. Write your ideas on how to greet the customer in the
space below. Remember that every customer must be treated as
your first customer!
There are probably five important pieces of information at the
welcome stage:

- You are talking to ……
- May I ask who I am talking to?
